Its fine if they have this type of software that doesn't work with ATI cards, but for me to have to install it for it not to work with my ATI card is a little overboard. I'm tempted to see if anything can be done legally about this. Does having it in place make the game better even though its turn off? So I actually had to install a Nvidia product on my computer to run a game that doesn't even work with my installed video card. I never saw it in the requirements so I googled it and finally got it working after installing physx. Instead of a nice you must have Nvidia physx installed in order to run this game it just talked about an error getting it to work. Last month I bought Sacred 2 from steam only to be really confused why the damn thing wouldn't work.
